James has 27 years of experience in motorsport engineering, including running his own successful engineering business with customers in several high-end categories including Formula 1. James has also managed various manufacturing facilities, with a focus on fostering positive workplace cultures, strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

George Taylor

George Taylor

Sales and Marketing Manager

George rejoined Hartridge in January 2024, and has over 20 years’ experience in the test equipment market. George is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA from Imperial College. He enjoys getting out into the market and meeting customers and their distributors throughout the diesel world.

Colin Thorne

Engineering and Technical Support Manager

Colin has over 25 years’ experience at Hartridge and rejoined us in 2024. He brings a perfect blend of highly organised program management, technical prowess, problem-solving expertise and creativity. Colin is the cornerstone that ensures our technology roadmap keeps us in a market-leading position for years to come.

Andy has a vast amount of experience in running manufacturing environments, ensuring that quality systems are not just a means to tick a box but are fully integrated into the culture of the business. This includes everything from how we communicate within and across teams, to how we structure and implement our policies and processes. Andy’s mission is to we ensure that we consistently deliver quality in every aspect of the business.

From tyres to car parts, Stuart has over 25 years’ experience in various marketing and product management roles. Since 2014 he has been at the forefront of driving and shaping the Hartridge value proposition. A key priority for Stuart is to ensure our products, old and new, are relevant to the market and deliver profitability to diesel workshops for as long as possible.

Finance Manager

Fiona joined Hartridge in 2023 and hit the ground running immediately, taking ownership of all aspects of Finance including guiding us through some major structural changes to our commercial proposition. Since then Fiona has been safely guiding us through various R&D and NTR initiatives, which at Hartridge means typically juggling 20 separate projects at a time!

Dan Gregory

Operations and Site Manager

Dan joined us in 2022 following a number of appointments in various key operational roles, leading teams in production, logistics and quality environments. Dan has a track record in focusing on delivering continuous improvement programs to remove waste and improve efficiency and is responsible for all operational and facility-based functions in the business.
